What we delivered We arranged for a menu of activities to be made available to the participants, and gave them the choice of canoeing, hillwalking, easy walking, or cycling. All in the company of a knowledgeable qualified guide. The meeting and barbecue were held at the fantastic setting of the Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel. The company Ethicon Ltd What they asked for A team challenge which would provide an element of competition between the teams, but which would still highlight the importance of the overall organisation working together. What we delivered Loch Lomond’s Hidden Treasure fitted the bill exactly as although there are winners and losers between the teams with points gained for solving clues and finding information, each team has to contribute towards finding the final location of the treasure. What they said Thank you for a great afternoon of teambuilding. The treasure hunt worked really well for us. Good mix of activities with canoeing, biking and also exercising our brains collecting the answers to the clues. Thanks to all!
The Company Scottish Youth Dance What they asked for A team building event that was in close proximity to Glasgow and which would take place outdoors. Something that would challenge their staff in a different way to their job. The aim was to introduce new staff to the team and for different staff members to work together on tasks. What we delivered Loch Lomond’s Hidden Treasure! Fun in the outdoors! Fact finding challenge on and around stunning Loch Lomond - on foot, wheels and on the water! Something that little bit different - allowed the teams to have lots of fun, while encompassing teamwork and motivation. What they said Everyone thouroughly enjoyed the treasure hunt. Our goals were definately met - the tasks broke the ice for new working relationships and created positive vibes amongst the group. This was achieved due to the diversity of tasks and healthy competition initiated. |
